In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Boundaries.”
The Vale of Gamorgan in Cradiff, Wales, offers a view of a vast space – open and unreachable. It is rare to see something so serene and it’s even more treasured, because outside of the shot the serenity is less evident. The context of the idea of a boundary here is that the real world forms one on its own. I see this and I feel at peace. I look away – it’s a coin toss. Reality is fickle and within the boundaries of this memory, I can imagine it differently.
A little bit about the shot – it has minimal editing with just a few touches here and there to bring out the brightness of the colours.
